How long does digital illustration customization take? ▼
Typically, the illustration takes 3-5 business days. Once the proof is ready, we upload it for your approval. Production and delivery take an additional 3-4 days after you approve it.
What file types can I upload? ▼
We support JPG, JPEG, PNG, HEIC, PDFs, and ZIP files. For polaroid orders, we recommend putting all images inside a ZIP file and dropping it in the upload zone.
Can I request layout modifications in my illustration? ▼
Absolutely! When you receive notification that the design proof is ready, you can review it on your dashboard and request changes. We will redraw it according to your feedback.
How does the workshop booking system work? ▼
You can book workshop tickets directly from the workshops tab. Once payment succeeds, your unique ticket with a booking QR code is generated. You can download and present it at the venue.
